Our Control Center operates twenty-four (24) hours daily and users can rely on their services in terms of trouble shooting problems and assistance around the clock.

Monitoring is done to distinguish exception cases, where vehicles’ status will be updated to users from time to time.

Remote & On-site

System Support

First level support is available to users through Control Center Hotline. Remote trouble shooting via telecommunication or emails is conducted at the first level.
On-site support is also available the next business day for within Klang Valley and within seventy-two (72) hours for outside Klang Valley.

Remote & On-site

Hands-on Software Training

Appropriate training will be conducted by our team to all related DBKL personnel.
Training will be done based on ‘Train the Trainer’ concept.
Operators will be trained on the full spectrum of the infrastructure. Training will include
hands on operations of handling the system.
All trainings will be conducted on-site customers’ premises, at a designated centralized
venue.
