Movement Control Order 18-31 March 2020 by the Government of Malaysia

Dear Valued Customers,

We make reference to the Prime Minister’s recent announcement on movement control order starting from March 18 to 31 to deal with the rise in Covid-19 cases.

Rightontrack will be taking several measures in relation to Item 6 – that government and private premises would be closed except those providing essential services.

As a provider of support services to the referred essential industries, we will still provide on-going:

1. Control Center Services : including 24-hours hotline and online helpdesk;

2. On-site technical services for high level severity.

This is to ensure that contact of our technical team with the public is minimized.

The rest of our team however, is still reachable remotely via email and/or telephone accordingly. Video conferences are also encouraged should there be a need for.

Let us work together in adhering to the authorities and at the same time curb the pandemic from spreading.

We thank you for understanding and continuous support.

Take care and stay safe.

Thank you.
